Our Mission

All students regardless of race, gender, or socioeconomic background should have a fair chance at accomplishing their professional goals. We are solving the awareness gap by providing students with a strong network and foundational knowledge of the vast roles they can pursue in the business world

We train high potential diverse students and connect them to top tier firms across consulting, finance, and technology

Diversity in Leadership is Critical to Business Success

According to a study by McKinsey & Company, companies with more diverse leadership teams outperform their less diverse peers. However, minorities are underrepresented in leadership roles. Moreover, a report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office found that Black, Hispanic, and Asian Americans hold just 12.5% of executive and senior-level positions in the private sector

Underrepresentation in Business Fields

Minorities are underrepresented in many high-paying industries, including technology, consulting, and finance. A study by the National Center for Women & Information Technology found that in 2020, just 2% of venture capital funding went to women-led startups, and less than 1% went to startups led by Black or Latinx founders

Lack of Access to Professional Networks

Minorities, particularly those from low-income backgrounds, lack access to professional networks that are critical to success in the business world. According to a study by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, individuals from low-income backgrounds are less likely to have access to professional networks and resources that can help them obtain high-quality jobs
